Warm up:

One minute jump squats, one minute mountain climbers straight to 1 minute wall sit. (no breaks)

 

  • One minute: lateral taps

  • One minute: reverse tap 

  • 30 seconds:  right leg, alt lateral and reverse taps 

  • 30 seconds: left leg, alt lateral and reverse taps

One minute Jump squats 

Rest for 20 seconds

  • One minute: Right arm, tricep pull down

  • One minute: standing chest press 

  • One minute: Left arm, tricep pull down

  • One minute: standing chest press 

One minute Mountain Climbers 

Rest for 20 seconds
