Baked Blackened Salmon
• 2 tsps Paprika • 1 tsp Oregano • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper • 1 1/4 lbs Salmon Fillet • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil • 1/2 lemon (cut into wedges, optional for serving)
📋Directions 1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 400ºF (204ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2️⃣In a small bowl combine the paprika, oregano, garlic, thyme, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper. 3️⃣Rub the salmon with the oil on all sides and place on the prepared bakingsheet. Coat the top sides of the salmon with the spice mixture. 4️⃣Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.Season with additional salt if needed and serve with lemon wedges, if using.
